leighton meester in emilio pucci
taylor swift in monique l'huillier
gwyneth paltrow in atelier versace
julianne hough in georges chakra
carrie underwood in talbot runhof
i am an enormous country music fan. like, seriously. hardly anyone i know finds it anywhere as calming as i do and despite the fact that my boyfriend is a dj and plays almost anything in the world -- he hates it. i am also a huge red-carpet lover, so what could be more perfect than country music AND high fashion?! obviously, the CMAs! these are a few of my favorite looks from the night.
i dont know when leighton meester or gwyneth paltrow became "country singers" {except i hear that they have some sort country-ish movie comeing out?} but i think they both rocked it on the red carpet - meester in a flowy emilio pucci dress that was pretty with her hair and emulates that boho look i love so much and for paltrow....all i can say is DANGGGG. of course taylor swift was gorgeous {when isn't she? does anyone know who her stylist is?!} and julianne hough and carrie underwood channeled the same marchesa-esque ruffles - which i am obsessed with. i would LOVE to have a reason to wear a dress with enough tulle for like 5 others. haha.
all in all, the night seemed to be a huge success and miranda lambert came away with best album which made me oh so happy! keep your eyes out for your favorite look, they will all be in Us Weekly i'm sure! {also it wouldn't surprise me if "they" hate the pucci...

I love country music as well, I grew up listening to it and it brings back many memories :)
My favorite is Taylor Swift's gown! Gweneth Paltrow is staring in a Country Music type movie. She is a pretty good signer for being an actress!
